Custom Word Templates - OfficeGT comes with smart Word templates such as letters, memos, transmittals, order forms, sales letters, etc.   Insert your logo into them using cut/paste. Imagine organizing all company forms  in one location, and everyone on the network has to type an address again.  Now, cut and paste your content into the provided tempates, then save to whatever name you want.  Organize in subfolders to fit your business.  You can have an infinite amount of Word templates that will help people do their jobs quicker and easier while keeping a consistant corporate image.

Custom Reports - OfficeGT's reports come as the industry standard Crystal Reports.  We can design new reports for about $90 each.  Or, buy Crystal reports and design your own reports.    Also, you'll love that all reports can be exported to Word, Excel, html, PDF so you can customize the output as desired.

Custom Queries -  OfficeGT holds a ton of data.  You can query the data using outside tools such as Access or Excel.  Or, use the Built in Query Builder to create and save your own queries.    You can save your queries to Excel, text, etc for integration or manipulation.
